📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Fever and associated
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; translate them into scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media ops, or production management.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a strong plus.
