• 5+ years in program, implementations, or operations management.
• Track record taking ideas to MVP to scalable service.
• Comfort as a solo builder with ability to hire and lead a growing team.
• Can-do attitude and readiness to roll up your sleeves.
• SQL and low-code platforms (Retool, Airtable) knowledge.
• Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communicator; manage relationships with contractors/partners and keep stakeholders aligned.
