• Good command of using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and campaign workflows
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations in a consumer tech or fintech environment
• Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaign execution, user segmentation, and growth
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams — CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design
• Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes and drives results with minimal
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation approach with clear communication
