📋 Description

• Execute and optimize organic growth across SEO, content, YouTube.
• Identify and validate high-impact growth opportunities via data analysis.
• Collaborate to improve organic funnels and conversions.
• Run growth experiments end-to-end (setup to reporting).
• Analyze performance with Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs; translate insights.
• Research competitors and market trends to discover new tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth/SEO/growth marketing
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work end-to-end independently with high ownership
