📋 Description

• Own the partner ecosystem for Brex rewards and perks across segments.
• Drive usage, deepen loyalty, and forge new partnerships.
• Lead full product partnership lifecycle from ideation to scale.
• Collaborate with marketing and ops to drive customer acquisition end-to-end.
• Build and share program updates with dashboards and insights.
• Hybrid SF office with 3 in-office days per week and up to 4 remote weeks per year.

🎯 Requirements

• Ex-founder or 3+ years in business development/partnerships/growth.
• Scrappy operator who can pitch, launch a landing page, and post it fast.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and top-tier written comms.
• Creative with internet instincts for X/LinkedIn reach and Brex brand.
• Product-curious: can draft PRDs, advocate for API, or debug flows.
• Analytical: funnel dashboards, experiments, SQL/sheets modeling.
