Drive growth across the full staking portfolio — Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields; grow TVL
Participate in product operations and iteration — monitor user feedback and protocol performance
Design and execute campaigns — work with the Earn team and internal partners to design
Build and maintain partnerships — establish long-term relationships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA
Lead cross-team collaboration — coordinate Product, Marketing, and Risk to ensure end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.
Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products — able to independently evaluate yield sources and
Demonstrated Product Owner mindset — able to assess product value, with clear thinking on product
Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 → 1: from opportunity identification, proposal design
