📋 Description

• Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, launching and optimizing paid campaigns across
• Develop targeted account-based marketing programs for enterprise decision-makers across supply
• Partner with sales to define target accounts, refine messaging, and create campaigns for complex
• Build and maintain dashboards linking marketing spend to qualified leads, pipeline, revenue, CAC
• Establish a continuous experimentation framework across campaigns, audiences, messaging, assets
• Optimize website experiences, landing pages, forms, and digital journeys for enterprise buyers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or related
• Proven success scaling demand generation or ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong knowledge of performance channels: paid social, paid search, ABM platforms, marketing
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase or similar tools
• Strong analytical mindset: CAC, LTV, funnel conv., ROAS, attribution, and marketing efficiency
• Ability to independently create campaigns, analyze results, build dashboards, and optimize
