• Own services end to end: design, build, review, deploy, monitor.
• Ship in Faire's production codebase with code review by engineers.
• Sit with lifecycle, paid, brand, and product marketing teams.
• Put agents into marketing workflows with evals and monitoring.
• Turn ambiguous asks into scoped, prioritized plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years shipping production software in marketing/growth/GTM.
• Experience with Faire's stack: Kotlin, Java, React, Next.js, AWS.
• SQL and comfort in warehouse for instrumentation.
• Depth in at least one marketing platform (Braze, Segment, Hightouch).
• Daily use of AI coding agents and LLM production experience.
• Track record of owning systems end to end including on-call.
