Growth Platform, Marketing Engineer

📋 Description

• Write production code across Faire's codebase
• Own services end to end, including on-call
• Put agents into marketing workflows with evals and monitoring
• Own the landing page framework end to end
• Build self-serve audiences and attributes for marketers
• Enable marketers to run solo by building systems inside marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years shipping and owning production software in or adjacent to marketing, growth or GTM
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, React, Next.js, SQL, MySQL, CockroachDB, AWS
• Depth in at least one marketing platform: CDP or ESP (Braze, Iterable, Segment, Hightouch)
• Daily use of AI coding agents and experience with LLMs in production with evals/monitoring
• Track record of owning systems end to end and shipping to non-technical users
