🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing conversion-focused funnels, onboarding, and checkout.
• Deep knowledge of Figma: components, auto layout, variables, design systems.
• Understanding of behavioural design and growth methodologies.
• Ability to translate business goals into testable design solutions.
• Ability to work with data and experiment learnings to inform design.
• Experience collaborating with growth managers, developers, analysts, and designers.
