• Organize PMM team to build best web acquisition funnels
• Research new growth subareas via market trends and competitors
• Build scalable processes and repeatable results
• Coordinate with marketing, analytics, engineering and product teams
• Develop and manage PMM team for ongoing growth
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager
• 1+ year of people leadership
• Analytical and data-driven decision making
• Deep understanding of audience psychology
• Ability to scale via systems and processes
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
