• Own paywall and plan presentation surfaces
• Decide trial-to-paid and free-to-paid conversion experiences
• Own paid subscriber conversion targets and experiences
• Decide activation and onboarding experiences
• Make final calls on referral and viral growth mechanics
• Own product-led growth strategy and product levers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product, with 3+ years leading growth for consumer subscription or mobile product
• Proven record of moving funnel metrics through experimentation
• Strong command of subscription metrics (LTV, CAC, cohort retention, conversion funnels)
• Experience managing and developing product managers
• Skill working across Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Retention
• Direct communication and bias for shipping, measuring, iterating
