  • Own the Growth Loop: define activation, adoption, time-to-value, and retention.
  • Identify blockers in the product journey; improve onboarding flow or add features.
  • Design and run experiments to improve adoption; prioritize by impact on metrics.
  • Collaborate with Eng, Design, and TPMs to ship growth features quickly.
  • Translate field feedback into actionable product insights to drive roadmap.
  • Be the bridge between CS insights and engineering; close the loop.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in product management with growth/activation/retention metrics in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in customer success or field enablement with customer-facing experience.
  • B2B2C experience: drive value at two levels of customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with how equipment dealerships operate and service departments.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and with customers who didn't ask for change.
  • Data-literate: set up metrics, interpret results, adjust strategy.
