Growth Product Manager, Activation & Monetization

📋 Description

• Own the post-signup journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion to paid
• Find where users drop off in onboarding and activation funnels, and partner with Product to ship
• Build AI systems that generate new content for each individual user based on their intent
• Build recursive learning loops so the system measures outcomes, learns what worked, and improves
• Drive paywall, upgrade, promo, and anti-churn experiences that reflect real value, not short-term
• Partner directly with the founders, Product, Engineering, and Data to prototype, ship, and iterate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS, with measurable
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels, working closely with Product to
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content, beyond templated
• Hands-on experience building systems that recursively learn from performance data and adapt without
• Technical fluency to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery into
• Strong experimentation and product judgment, and comfortable operating as an IC with high ownership
