Growth Program Manager

📋 Description

• Independently lead large, complex transformation initiatives, applying sound judgment to
• Orchestrate the planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution and
• Partner with business leaders to manage initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams
• Lead AI teams and cross-functional business stakeholders through AI commercialization initiatives
• Drive alignment among executive sponsors, Commercial Execution stakeholders, cross-functional
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions at key program phase transitions based on readiness, business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in program management, governance, change management, and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and manage multiple large-scale, complex programs
• Experience with business transformation and change management initiatives.
• Experience spanning both business and technical project management is preferred.
• Experience supporting or leading end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning

🎁 Benefits

• Gross annual base salary of $104,000–$128,000.
• Additional variable compensation may apply.
