Growth Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to keep priority searches moving from outreach
• Own candidate communications at key stages of the process, providing clear information on role
• Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups so candidates and internal partners stay
• Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS, keeping stages, data, and process setup accurate for
• Monitor inbound candidate and stakeholder inquiries, routing complex cases as needed.
• Help improve recruiting operations by spotting process gaps and keeping documentation and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting support in a fast-paced
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling candidate correspondence
• Experience coordinating across recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal partners.
• Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS to manage requisitions and workflows, keep pipeline data
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment, with
