📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Growth Recruiters in India.
• Scale the contributor pipeline across coding, experts, languages, multimodal.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting onto the Outlier platform from outreach to activation.
• Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and community platforms.
• Own sourcing strategies for coders, experts, and other profiles.
• Align supply with demand with project leads and operations in real time.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of recruiting experience with high-volume or technical sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Proven experience managing and developing a recruiting team.
• Strong ownership mindset with targets, metrics, and accountability.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
