📋 Description

• Primary Growth SA for assigned customers; drive expansion and ERP/EPM roadmap.
• Maintain full account coverage; Growth SA contact across BPC portfolio.
• Lead Managed Services: align to Maintain/Optimize/Enhance; scope designs.
• Drive revenue growth via upsell, renewals, and new projects; ABRs pipeline.
• Collaborate with Alliances and delivery teams; leverage NetSuite ecosystem.
• Enable structured handoffs and governance; forecast pipelines and ABRs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in NetSuite or ERP.
• Strong NetSuite module knowledge: ERP, SuiteBilling, Inventory, EPM.
• Account management or post-go-live ownership experience.
• Manage multiple accounts; prioritize engagements; long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentations for executives and end-users.
