Growth Specialist: E-Commerce

📋 Description

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and
• Manage campaign builds, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, product segmentation, search queries
• Analyze performance across platform and business metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose
• Develop hypotheses and execute structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, bidding
• Support incrementality testing and measurement initiatives, analyzing results and translating
• Partner with Creative teams to launch and evaluate new messaging, formats and concepts across

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, e-commerce or a related performance
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, particularly Search and Shopping.
• Experience with or strong interest in Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into insights and actions.
• Understanding of core e-commerce and customer acquisition metrics.
• Experience developing, executing or analyzing structured marketing experiments.
