🎯 Requirements

5+ years in analytics/strategic roles across growth, analytics, ops, or finance
Experience designing or leading experimentation to drive decisions
Strategic problem solver with first principles approach
Analytical, metrics-focused; define KPIs and measure performance
Strong communicator of data-driven insights
Solid analytical foundation; SQL or Excel for large datasets
