• Define and lead the business plan for key expansions and partners.
• Lead projects using Fever data and technology to grow partners.
• Own the growth roadmap across data, marketing and biz dev.
• Translate analyses into actionable business cases; own CAC/LTV/ROI.
• Optimize new revenue streams and cross-functional workflows.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to justify local needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in analytical business roles (strategy/consulting).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Analytical skills to leverage data for decisions and narratives.
• Excellent communication to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver, able to handle ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
