🎯 Requirements

• +6 years of experience in analytics & business roles
• Proven experience leading teams or key projects
• Engineering bachelor’s or Maths/Stats/Data Analytics/Strategy background
• Data-driven, turning numbers into strategic decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker
