🎯 Requirements

• +6 years of experience in analytics and business roles
• Proven experience leading teams or key projects
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Telecommunications/Aeronautics) or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy
• Data-driven, bringing numbers to strategic decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills across multiple disciplines and departments
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker
