Growth Strategy Manager- Based in Buenos Aires

📋 Description

• Define and lead Fever’s growth roadmap and expansion plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects at data, marketing, and business development to drive growth in Canada.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier partners; leverage Fever data and technology to help partners grow.
• Turn analysis into actionable business cases; own key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Optimize new revenue streams and cross-functional workflows to scale across markets.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build local business cases for Fever.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years in analytical business roles with strategy consulting, startups, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Analytical skills: leverage data to drive decisions and craft senior stakeholder narratives.
• Languages: English and Spanish fluency.
• Technical Skills: SQL, Python, or R.
• Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
