• +6 years of experience in analytics and business roles.
• Proven experience leading teams or key projects.
• Engineering degree or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background.
• Data-driven and numbers-informed decision-maker.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across disciplines.
• Advanced English.
