🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in analytics/strategy roles; track record leading complex projects.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into strategic narratives.
• Excellent communication; align diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, problem-solver mindset; handle ambiguity.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: SQL, Python, or R preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
