• Engineering bachelor (Civil/Industrial/Telecom/Aeronautics) or Maths/Stats/Data Analytics/Strategy
• Data-driven and able to translate numbers to decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills across multiple departments
• Fluent in Italian and English
