📋 Description

• Lead growth roadmap and partner strategy for Brazil.
• Define expansion plans and partner opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Drive data, marketing, and business development projects for growth.
• Own projects from strategy to execution, tracking CAC, LTV, ROI.
• Improve cross-functional ops to scale across markets.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across Fever for local needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in analytical business roles (strategy consulting or growth startups).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
