🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years in analytical business role (strategy consulting, startups, or investment banking)
• Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
• Analytical skills: Data-driven decisions and executive storytelling
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Languages: English and Portuguese fluency; Spanish a plus
• Technical Skills: SQL, Python or R
