🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Analytics/Strategy.
• 3-5 years in a business analytics role.
• Strong English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech analytics.
• Data-driven with ability to translate numbers into decisions.
• Proficient in SQL, R, or Python; strong stakeholder skills.
