🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a business analytics role.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech analytics roles.
• Data-driven; translates numbers into strategy and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Understanding SQL, R, Python; preferred.
