🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO with strong technical understanding of crawling, indexing, ranking.
• Familiarity with AEO and LLM visibility; understand AI answer engines.
• CMS and content pipeline experience; automated deployment workflows.
• Systems thinking; map organic content workflows (triggers, actions, metrics).
• Data-driven; interpret performance data and define optimization goals.
• Strong written communication; create precise workflow specs.
