📋 Description

• N1 Support: Resolve incidents and requests from employees (Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS).
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up equipment and licenses and manage access for new hires and
• Systems Administration: Support the management of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and IAM/SSO
• Networks and Connectivity: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, local network, and VPN issues.
• Asset Management and ITSM: Control hardware/software inventories and log tickets via Jira Service
• Projects and Automation: Participate in ITOps team improvements and automations.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to be present at our office 3 days a week
• Initial experience with corporate technical support.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and smartphone operating systems (Android and iOS).
• Basic understanding of networks, connectivity, VPN, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Good communication, organization, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
