GSOC Agent - Part Time

📋 Description

• Monitor enterprise security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, drone
• Identify, assess, triage, and escalate security incidents in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain enterprise-wide situational awareness by monitoring operational conditions, system alerts
• Serve as the central communication point during security incidents by coordinating with on-site
• Dispatch and track security resources while documenting incidents and response activities within
• Review video, compile documentation, and support security investigations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice
• 1–3 years of experience in a GSOC, SOC, dispatch, emergency communications, monitoring center
• Experience using CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or comparable security technologies
• Ability to learn and effectively operate multiple security platforms, monitoring systems, and
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
