📋 Description

• Conduct proactive, continuous monitoring and operational checks of physical security systems (CCTV

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GSOC/PSOC environments, dispatch center, emergency operations center
• Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, incident
• Experience with Genetec Security Center or comparable platform.
• Experience with incident management and collaboration platforms (Ontic, Jira, Slack, Google
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk, prioritize, make timely decisions, escalate appropriately, and
• Ability to maintain sustained vigilance and manage multiple systems and communication channels.
