GTM AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Alpha-to-production ownership: move agents from v1 to production.
• Observability: instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring.
• Deployment and infra: build pipelines to deploy agents on GCP with parity.
• Database administration: manage how agents read/write at scale.
• Fleet maintenance: monitor agent behavior and ship improvements.
• Partner with GTM AI team to own scale and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software/platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Comfortable in the terminal with a GitHub PR and deploy workflow.
• Cloud hosting: Kubernetes/VMs; Google Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience with databases and hands-on database administration.
• Familiar with LLM-based app development: prompts, tool calls, evals, agent frameworks.
• AI-native mindset: prompt AI tools, review outputs, QA, and challenge designs.
