GTM AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own AI solutions end-to-end: define, design prompts, deploy, monitor, iterate.
• Build GTM automations incl Slackbots to cut manual work.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to surface problems and set AI expectations.
• Develop prompt management to ensure reliable, auditable AI outputs.
• Work with Data Platform to identify tooling gaps and define clear requirements.
• Share reusable AI workflow patterns with the broader team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI with production shipping.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered apps: prompt engineering, output validation, and iteration.
• Strong judgment on when AI is the right tool; push back when it isn't.
• Able to work with non-technical stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.
• Comfort with a platform built by others; deliver clear, actionable requirements.
• Builder's mindset: proactive, prioritizes, designs for extension.
