• Define early GTM strategy for the AI product, segments, and messaging
• Own the customer journey from discovery to onboarding and retention
• Collaborate across strategy, growth, product, onboarding, and CX
• Build repeatable qualification, demos, onboarding, and education
• Partner with product and engineering to turn feedback into priorities
• Run experiments and measure activation, time-to-value, and retention
