📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and develop pipeline for Gigs in the UK & Ireland
• Work a focused list of must-win UK & Ireland accounts across fintech, banking, retail, travel
• Get Gigs in the room with target accounts through warm introductions, conferences, events, content
• Own inbound for the region, respond fast, qualify with discipline, and make confident calls on fit
• Learn the product deeply and feed insights back into the sales playbook
• Work AI-first: use AI for research, outreach, and account mapping, and iterate on what performs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a commercial, strategy, or analytically rigorous role (e.g., sales, business
• Experience working with founders, operators, or senior buyers in UK fintech and tech
• High growth commercial mindset, looking for warm paths before cold outreach
• Analytically sharp and structured: form hypotheses, test, and revise
• Exceptional communication skills: make complex ideas simple
• Self-starter who cares about outcomes and helps build a playbook
