📋 Description

• Coaching senior sales/go-to-market leaders virtually
• Help members set goals, plan steps, track progress, stay accountable
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, problem solving, career decisions
• Build confidence, engagement, fulfillment, effectiveness
• Safe, respectful, empathetic environment for challenges and risks
• Maintain momentum via email and in-app messaging between sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in sales/go-to-market/commercial leadership with team management
• Current or prior Director/VP or equivalent senior leadership
• Strong track record coaching and developing sales professionals
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required
• Interest in turning leadership into structured coaching practice
• Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence
