  • Architect a unified customer data model spanning identity, entitlement, and usage across GTM and product systems.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for near-real-time synchronization between CRM, CSP, PX, Community, Education, and external sources.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data ownership, quality standards, and change management.
  • Resolve identity fragmentation by standardizing user/account keys and reconciling duplicates.
  • Integrate entitlement logic into GTM workflows to target campaigns and measure impact.
  • Partner with RevOps, Digital CS, and Analytics to design data systems with LLM-readiness for AI querying tools.

  • Senior IC/Architect: 8+ years in data architecture or GTM systems.
  • Deep understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, entitlements, and cross-system integrations.
  • Experience designing data pipelines (Snowflake) for reliability and scalability.
  • Strong grasp of CRM/CSP ecosystems (Salesforce, PX, Community, Education).
  • Hands-on SQL, schema design, and ETL for scalable pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-ready data architecture, semantic layers for LLM querying.
