GTM Enablement - APAC

📋 Description

• Own APAC enablement programs: design, build e-learning, and deliver live training.
• Run biweekly onboarding: 5-6 live sessions per cohort for APAC markets.
• Localize global content for APAC: decks, one-pagers, talks tracks, translations.
• Be the technical translator: explain voice models and Agents to sellers.
• Collaborate with Partner Enablement Lead: certify and enable APAC partners.
• Operate as part of a global team: weekly sync with Americas/EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in GTM roles; 4-6 years in sales enablement.
• Early APAC enablement hire for US/European software company.
• Track record building enablement programs from zero: onboarding, e-learning, measurement.
• Localize HQ content for multiple APAC markets with local sellers.
• Strong live facilitation skills and cadence for recurring delivery.
• Technical aptitude: explain APIs, model behavior, latency, integrations.
