GTM Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Co-develop and co-deliver Firecademy onboarding program; ownership in 6 months.
• Create role-based ramp journeys for AE, AI Field Engineer, and BDR.
• Partner with Product/Marketing/Sales to translate product to field readiness.
• Build enablement tools and AI agents to lift seller efficiency.
• Be the on-site contact in San Mateo; collaborate across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience across GTM enablement, sales, or solutions (2+ years in Enablement)
• Built enablement and onboarding programs from scratch
• Elite at content development and live facilitation (multi-day sessions for 20+)
• Built AI agents/apps deployed at scale to boost seller productivity
• Proven ability to enable technical sellers to sell credibly to technical buyers
• Based in the San Mateo area and able to meet in-office policy
