📋 Description

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product marketing and customer success to align enablement.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding and enablement materials.
  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training for the global sales team.
  • Own outcomes of training programs, measuring and evolving effectiveness.
  • Report directly to the Director of Global Enablement.
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years building sales enablement programs.
  • 1+ years in management experience.
  • 2+ years in sales.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, and AI data applications.
