📋 Description

• Develop enablement initiatives for CS growth
• Build AI-assisted workflows to scale GTM
• Own CS onboarding with AI-supported learning
• Coach CS teams on real client calls from prep to feedback
• Facilitate regular team workshops and trainings
• Maintain career guidelines and skill frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, or mix
• Hands-on generalist; facilitate workshops & client calls
• End-to-end ownership; design and run projects
• Work with AI tools daily; ops and data
• Entrepreneurial, agile mindset; adapt to priorities
• Fluent English; German a plus
