6-8 years in related fields; 4+ years in enablement/training or customer-facing work.
Strong communication and facilitation with adaptable, collaborative style.
Training design and curriculum creation experience; hands-on.
Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales/Customer Success); AI or SaaS a plus.
Experience in or supporting EMEA markets; strong regional awareness.
Comfortable across time zones with distributed teams.
