📋 Description

• Build and scale core enablement programs across the GTM org
• Drive field performance with content, training, and certification
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering
• Operate a consistent enablement cadence with GTM leaders
• Own enablement tooling and AI-enabled insights
• Lead high-impact GTM moments like Sales Kickoff

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM enablement, training, or revenue roles
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong program and project management with execution focus
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and sales
• Experience applying or navigating AI in GTM enablement
• Experience building or scaling training programs in SaaS/startups
