GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness - Atlanta

📋 Description

• Lead a regular cadence of live, interactive sessions for Account Executives and BDRs and other
• Own a defined slate of enablement programs and delivery calendar, bringing curriculum to life
• Partner with field sales and BDR teams in Atlanta and beyond, running role-play and call-practice
• Bring in subject matter experts (AEs, SAs, product experts) to lead deeper sessions when needed.
• Gather feedback and leading indicators after sessions to iterate on content and delivery.
• Handle scheduling, session prep, LMS updates, and content upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a sales role (AE or BDR/SDR management) and moving into enablement, or 5+ years
• Natural facilitator with strong presentation and audience engagement skills.
• Credible foundation in sales or enablement, able to speak the language of sellers.
• Coachable, collaborative, and a team player.
• Builder who executes, with high bar for quality and ability to handle logistics.
• AI-forward mindset, using AI to prep and personalize sessions.
