GTM Enablement Partner (Fixed Term)

📋 Description

• Manage the logistics and execution of enablement programs, trainings, and events for our GTM
• Coordinate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep enablement initiatives
• Maintain and update enablement content in our LMS and CMS platforms
• Support the development and delivery of onboarding, skills training, and ongoing learning programs
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure programs launch on schedule
• Help gather and organize feedback and data to inform program iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience in project management, event coordination, enablement
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Process- and detail-oriented
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands
• Curious and adaptable, eager to learn enablement

• Expected salary range between $144,000 and $182,000
