📋 Description

• Design structured, multi-modal learning paths and field playbooks for core platform releases, data
• Enable the full GTM engine by mapping product capabilities to role-specific behaviors for SDRs
• Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM Leadership to translate product roadmaps into business-ready GTM
• Facilitate and certify high-impact interactive workshops, demo practice sessions, and knowledge
• Apply disciplined program and project management capabilities to manage workstreams, keep
• Analyze enablement data against full-lifecycle GTM metrics (e.g., ramp velocity, win rates, demo

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, or GTM
• Proven track record as an enablement practitioner, with demonstrated ability to build end-to-end
• Working knowledge or functional expertise in SaaS platform architectures, enterprise data
• Experience enabling multi-role GTM teams (SDR, AE, SE, CSM, AM) on persona-based selling, industry
• Strong program management capability used as a discipline to execute complex, multi-stakeholder
• Exemplary cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with ability to partner effectively
